BASE & BSU
Black Cultural Celebration Dinner YEAR:2025 PROJECT TYPE:Event Marketing, Social Media, Print Collaborated with USF’s Black Achievement Success and Engagement team and the Black Student Union to design a vibrant promotional campaign for their Black Cultural Celebration Dinner. The project combined print and digital assets to engage the campus community and honor the diaspora through thoughtful use of color and pattern.
THE BRIEF: Create cohesive, eye-catching materials for event promotion that celebrate the Black diaspora, incorporating Pan-African colors and culturally significant patterns. Deliverables needed to work across print posters, social media, and digital screen promos displayed around campus.
MY ROLE: Led design development from concept to final production, consulting closely with BASE and BSU to ensure cultural authenticity and visual impact. Managed multiple asset formats optimized for print and digital use.
OUTCOME: The campaign successfully raised awareness and attendance for the cultural dinner, fostering a sense of pride and community. This project reinforced my commitment to culturally responsive design and adaptability across print and digital formats.

Data Science Association YEAR:2024 PROJECT TYPE: Branding, Logo DesigN, Visual Identity, Merchandise Developed a visual identity for the campus Data Science Association, aiming to reflect the group’s forward-thinking ethos through a modern, clean logo design.
The project involved iterative refinement based on client feedback to create a cohesive and distinctive brand mark.
THE BRIEF: Design a logo that communicates professionalism and ambition, incorporating the group’s initials ("DSA") and create a visual language that fits a data-driven academic club. The client sought a simplistic identifiable icon with smooth, polished curves.
MY ROLE: Led all stages of logo creation using Adobe Illustrator, from initial concept sketches to digital refinement.
Managed ongoing communication with the client to incorporate their feedback.
DELIVERABLES:
1. Primary logo in black and alternate color versions, with variations including the “DSA” initials and full “Data Science Association”. 2. Merchandise, Tshirt with Logo.
OUTCOME: Delivered a refined visual identity that aligned with the client’s vision. This project enhanced my expertise in client collaboration and crafting adaptable branding solutions for diverse organizations.
UNDOCUWEEK - LUNA YEAR:2025 PROJECT TYPE:Event Marketing, Social Media, Print + Digital
Collaborated with USF’s Latine Undergrad Network of Activists (LUNA) to create a visually striking and information-rich materials promoting a week-long series of events. The design centered around a bold orange palette and monarch butterfly motifs to evoke cultural symbolism with an artsy, engaging feel.
THE BRIEF: Develop a cohesive set of marketing materials featuring prominent orange tones and monarch butterflies, reflecting the client’s cultural identity and aesthetic preferences. The challenge was to communicate extensive event information clearly across posters, social media, and digital screen promos.
MY ROLE: Led design concept and execution, balancing artistic visuals with clear typographic hierarchy to handle large amounts of text without sacrificing readability or visual appeal.

Copy Cat - Mixtape YEAR:2024 PROJECT TYPE:Event Marketing, Social Media, Print + Digital
Designed a front and back cover for Copy Cat, a conceptual mixtape pairing iconic sampled songs with the original tracks they reference. The design explores themes of originality, repetition, and homage through a bold, collage-inspired aesthetic made for print. THE BRIEF: Create a visually compelling mixtape cover that reflects the dual nature of sampling in music.
