In collaboration with USFCA’s Black Achievement Success and Engagement (BASE) team and the Black Student Union (BSU), I designed a vibrant promotional campaign for the Black Cultural Celebration Dinner. Drawing on Pan-African symbolism, the campaign established a cohesive and visually striking identity that celebrated Black culture and resonated with the campus community.
I also partnered with USFCA’s Latine Undergraduate Network of Activists (LUNA) to design promotional materials for Undocuweek: Art Is Activism, a week-long campus event. For this project, I paid homage to the monarch butterfly, an enduring symbol of immigrant solidarity and migration within Latinx communities, using orange hues at the club’s request to reinforce meaning and visibility.
Both projects combined print and digital assets to engage the campus community and honor their respective cultures through thoughtful use of color, pattern, and cultural motifs. Multiple asset formats were created and iterated across platforms, balancing bold, rhythmic visuals with clarity and readability.
